At Charis Academy, students are not waiting for the future.
They are actively growing into it—serving others, building real skills, and stepping into their purpose now.
While specific programs and partnerships are still being finalized, the direction is clear—students are actively growing into their future through real-world learning, service, and skill development.

The world your child is growing up in is more complex and uncertain than ever.
It is not just about grades. It is about who they become.
Every day, your change makers are being shaped by something.
The question is: by what?
Will they be prepared for the future and grounded in who they are called to be?

You do not have to navigate this alone.
At Charis Academy, we partner with families to help you shape who your child becomes—through daily formation, real-world experiences, and meaningful responsibility
Students are grounded in faith, growing in character, actively serving in their community, following Jesus’ example.
We’ll listen first—then help guide what’s next.
They are not just preparing for life—they are already stepping into it.

How Charis Academy Makes Students Future Ready

We’ll help you picture what this could look like for your family.
Becoming “future ready” does not happen by accident. It is the result of an intentionally designed environment where character formation, learning, and real-world experience are fully integrated.
At Charis Academy, this happens through four connected elements:
Formation at the Core
Faith shapes everything. Students develop identity, responsibility, and purpose through daily habits, discipleship, and accountability, grounded in the grace and truth of Jesus.
Academic Depth + Application
Students think, communicate, & apply what they learn. They grow in understanding, wisdom, & confidence through our approach: interactive, built around conversation, collaboration, teaching others, & real-world application — not passive learning.
Real-World Skill Development
Students build practical and technical skills they will need for the future—communication, financial literacy, digital responsibility, AI literacy
City as Campus
Through service, partnerships, and hands-on experiences, they are actively contributing to their community while learning responsibility, taking ownership, and gaining perspective

Students build practical and technical skills they will need for the future— communication, financial literacy, digital responsibility, AI literacy, and problem-solving—while gaining early exposure to the workforce and real career pathways by using them in real situations.
City-as-Campus
Students don’t just learn about the world—they engage it. Through service, partnerships, and hands-on experiences, they are actively contributing to their community while learning responsibility, taking ownership, and gaining perspective. Specific programs and partnerships are currently being developed and may evolve as the model grows.
Students graduate not just educated, but formed—
grounded in who they are, equipped for what lies ahead, and already experienced in serving, collaborating, and making a meaningful impact.
Through extensive research, analysis, and training, we prepare your child with confidence, character, and real-world readiness so they are grounded in who they are called to be and prepared for what lies ahead.

Without intentional formation, students can drift—
gaining knowledge, but lacking direction, purpose, and real-world readiness.

Faith Formation
Faith is not a subject—it is the foundation. At Charis Academy, students are formed through accountability, discipleship, daily practice, and service, rooted in the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. This shows up in how they act and respond, resolve conflict, serve others, and live with purpose—not just what they learn.
Academic Growth
Learning that goes beyond memorization. Students think critically, explain clearly, and apply what they know with
confidence.
Character Development
Character is formed through practice. Students develop integrity, responsibility, humility, and ownership through daily expectations and relationships.
Future Readiness
Students are prepared for life—not just graduation—through communication, financial literacy, entrepreneurial development, and problem-solving.

Charis Academy has made a tremendous impact on our family. My son is currently in 2nd grade, and it has been incredible to watch him grow academically, spiritually, and emotionally. The teachers create an environment where students are challenged to succeed while also being encouraged to live out Christian values each day.
Knowing that my child is surrounded by educators who genuinely care about his success and well being gives me so much peace of mind. Charis Academy has provided not only an excellent education but also a strong foundation that will benefit him for years to come.

My daughter was born a micropreemie at just 24 weeks. She has had a unique journey with expected ups and downs. This is her second year at this school and she has received services with improving her speech and reading. With the small class sizes, she gets the one on one attention that every child deserves. She is thriving at this school and even making honors.

A student came into the High school and decided they were going to have a "self proclaimed" self appreciation day. He even influences others to dress the same as they were dressing, that day. When the student came into school in the morning there was an amazing conversation about "influence" and how its a gift from God and how to use it correctly. It was a wonderful teachable moment.

I would highly recommend Charis Academy to everybody. My granddaughter has gone there since first grade, now going into seventh grade, and every single teacher she has had could not do any better.
They are all so kind, understanding of each individual child, funny, caring, and have wonderful methods of teaching. This past year the school opened a homework center, which is a great help if a child needs extra help with a subject or to get caught up on homework. Of most importance though to me is the Christian attitude. They have strong morals and teach respect, kindness, and love of Jesus. Like the principal said, yes grades are important but more importantly is to raise a good human being. Amen to that.
