Pennsylvania is one of the few states to offer parental/school choice for families. This opportunity is provided through the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program. For each EITC donation, 90% of the contribution becomes state tax dollar credits. These dollars go on to fund student scholarship programs.

Make a life-changing impact in a family's life.
The Charis Academy Adopt-a-Student Program pairs financial partners with students whose families would be unable to afford a private school education without financial support.
​
Partners may choose from three scholarship levels and can pay in a lump sum or monthly:

$10,000 Full Year
Given to our students with the greatest financial need, this scholarship covers one student for an entire academic year, with a $2.5k gap left to be filled by EITC scholarship funds.​
$6,600 Second Mile
This amount goes the "second mile" to fill in a family's gap in tuition after the average parent contribution amount. This benefits the majority of our families.

$3,400 Partner
This level matches the average parent contribution amount and supports our families that are able to afford a higher tuition payment while not yet meeting the full cost of education.
