A Jesus-shaped worldview influences how students learn, lead, serve, build relationships, solve problems, and understand their purpose in the world. Faith is not treated as a separate subject added onto education. It is woven throughout the culture of the school, shaping character, wisdom, humility, stewardship, compassion, and responsibility.

Within the Institutional Movement Architecture (IMA), faith and character formation are foundational to the entire Future Ready model—not peripheral to it. The goal is not simply to prepare students for careers, but to help form young people who live with wisdom, integrity, courage, compassion, and a heart to serve others.
